What is the scope of the support?

We offer support for anything around your WordPress. If you are new to WordPress you might want to ask us anything from editing content(saying linking pdf download when you click on image) to adding a widget to your site. Some services like plugin installations, woocommerce support depend on the plan selected by you.

Do you update the content for me?

Our support and maintenance is mostly limited to technicalities of WordPress and not content. However we can answer your questions and provide guidance for you to add content on your own. We may be able to offer content maintenance for additional cost, please write to [email protected]

What are your usual response time and resolution time?

This varies on the time of day, but most tickets are responded to within a couple hours. Majority work resolved within 24 hours. Some time take bit longer depending on the complex changes and we will keep you posted in such cases.

How many sites are included?

WPfog support plans each cover one single domain. If you have 2 websites that you’d like us to manage, you’ll need 2 plans, one for each. We would be happy to offer a discount for multiple sites. Please write to [email protected]

What if I require custom work done?

We can provide a custom quote for you with the number of hours to complete and estimated cost. We and our partners can provide any kind of WordPress custom development.

My website has been hacked. Can you fix it?

Yes! If you are already availing our service the chances of your site getting hacked are very less. If it gets hacked we'll fix within 12 hours. For new orders we may need 48-72 hours to fix the hacked website.

How does onboarding work?

Once you sign up for the Wpfog maintenance and support plan you will receive welcome email. Within 24 hours WPfog support member will contact you asking WordPress dashboard and hosting provider login information.

How do I place support requests?

Simple as sending an email to [email protected] You will immediately get an auto response with a ticket ID. Our team will typically respond in couple of hours. Some case the resolutions may take longer and our team will keep you posted with updates.

Will you help me to choose right plan?

Yes. Please write to [email protected] and our team will review/discuss your requirements. We will then suggest appropriate plan for you.

Is there any fixed term contract?

No contracts, you can cancel the services any-time from your account page or by writing to [email protected]

Does it matter what hosting provider I'm using?

We’ll work with anybody regardless of their hosting provider. We understand that different websites have different needs and that people have realistic budgets that they have to meet.

How frequently do you perform updates?

Security updates are taken care immediately on priority basis otherwise we update the sites once a month. Sometimes plugin updates are released with bugs. Updating less frequently allows the plugin developer to get rid of these bugs before we add them to your WordPress site. We’ll be doing all these updates at regular intervals based on your site lowest traffic day like Sunday midnight. We’ll make the updates far more slowly to ensure that your website remains running smoothly without any hiccups.
